The Intensi 316 line of shower drains offers a modern look that is as much functional as it is elegant. It is designed to be easily trimmed to size, on site by the installer. The clever end caps and cutting guide make the process quick and easy, leaving a clean straight cut that does not discolour or deform the drain body or cover.

Available in a multitude of colours and finishes it is easy to find the perfect one to fit your project.

These drains are all made using high quality 316 grade stainless steel and are coloured using a process called Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). This ensures that the drains are highly resistant to chemical cleaning agents and will not fade or chip.

The very low profile of the drain body and the waste trap makes it easy to install where the floor height is limited.

The drain body is tapered end to end meaning it collects water along the entire length of the drain, and funnels it toward either a single (36L/min) or dual (54L/min) waste trap system. Ensured peace of mind when installed in a multi function shower or wet room.

The cutting guide, two hacksaw blades, cutting lubricant, sanding sponge and membrane roller are also included to complete the set and make installation a breeze.

Intensi 316 Linear Drain - The latest product in our range!

The trimmable membrane collar allows for the drain to be compatible with hydro-isolation systems and the steel packaging doubles as screeding guides with the extra adjustable polycarbon leveling legs that come in the set. The cutting guide, two hacksaw blades, cutting lubricant, sanding sponge and membrane roller are also included to complete the set and make installation a breeze.

The INTENSI 316 linear drain was designed with the latest trends and market expectations in mind. Its very low build-up allows for installation in difficult conditions. Available in two variants with the possibility of cutting to the desired length, the drain makes it fit perfectly into the size of the shower area. It is fitted with the SNAKE BEAN siphon. The INTENSI 316 collects water along its entire length. The standard length of the base is 300 mm, while the gutter and grating set is 1200 mm long. All made of certified 316 grade steel polished, brushed or matt. PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a process of physical deposition of thin layers from the vapour phase, carried out under high vacuum.

The resulting coating is characterised by versatile properties. The most important of these are: excellent colour quality and a wide colour gamut, high abrasion and corrosion resistance, high thermal stability and chemical inertness.

Trim-able Design - cut to fit any size

The Intensi 316 linear drain is the only one in our range that is designed to be cut to the required size. In our state-of-the-art linear drain, you will find all the tools you need to cut your drain safely. Amongst them you will find: a cutter for the shower drain channel, grate, guides, a stainless steel cutting fluid and detailed installation instructions. The Intensi 316 system is also equipped with grinding block and end caps to insulate the drainage area.

Thanks to this feature, you don't have to worry about whether the drain will fit in your dream bathroom.

One of the distinctive features of the INTENSI 316 drain is its low build. This drain allows for installation in difficult conditions where we cannot afford to chisel away the concrete floor. The low overall height of the drain is made possible by the use of a Bridge Bean siphon and the included adjustable legs.

The most important feature of the linear drain is: excellent quality of the stainless steel, high abrasion and corrosion resistance, high thermal stability and chemical inertness. Linear Drain Intensi 316 is available in 3 different finishes. The drain body, cover and end caps are all finished in the same way so that the end result is a uniform look across the entire visible portion of the drain.

The tanking kit is a ready-mixed, under-tile tanking system to protect water sensitive substrates from exposure to water. Suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms, showers in residential buildings, hotels, old people's homes and hospitals. Should not be used in places exposed to pressurised water, for an instance swimming pools. Ready to use, no mixing required and easy to apply with a roller. The kit includes a high performance joint reinforcing tape to protect against movement in floor joins and corners etc. The contents are all INSIDE the bucket and the contents are protected in the bucket with polystyrene infill's to stop transit damage.The instructions are printed on the rear of the tanking kit.

For anti-moisture insulation systems in wet rooms and rooms intended for human residence. The tanking liquid is a ready-to-use singlecomponent, solvent-free sealant composed of polymer dispersion, fillers and modifying additives. When applied to the surface, upon binding it creates a flexible and water-insulating layer.

Tanking liquid

The tanking liquid is a ready to use, single component, solvent-free sealant mass, consisting of polymer dispersion, fillers and additives. When applied to a substrate and cured, it forms a flexible waterproofing coating. The product is intended for use inside places intended for human residence, especially in humid areas (such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries), to perform insulation against moisture under linings and coverings, such as ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, terracotta, wooden floors and panels, and synthetic carpets.

The product is intended for priming absorbent and porous surfaces, inside and outside buildings. It is especially recommended for cement - limestone plaster, gas concrete, plaster-carton boards and cement plaster. The primer has a high penetration ability, is deeply absorbed into the substrate, thus strengthening it, while allowing for „breathing”. These benefits improve the structure of the substrates, which, due to the passage of time, have lost their appropriate parameters. The priming solution improves adhesion to the surface of other materials that will be used on the primed substrate. By reducing the absorbency of the substrate, the wear of the applied coating materials, emulsion paints, glues, mineral putties reduces as well. The solution, due to the content of the biocide and fungicide, protects the primed substrate against the formation of mold and bacteria in the product.

Calculate Needed Waterproofing

The Intensi 316 shower drain has been designed in two versions UNO (with a single waste trap) and DUO (with a double waste trap). Check the differences between them:

Uno - The single waste trap system has a bean waste trap allowing for 36L/min flow rate. This option is low profile with only 57mm of space required from the flange of the drain body. The drain offers quick and convenient access from the top of the drain for cleaning and maintenance. It also comes with a hair strainer to prevent clogs down the line.

Duo - If you require a higher flow rate drain, we offer the intensi in a duel waste trap system. The duel system has 2 bean waste traps attached to it providing 54L/min flow rate, ensuring the risk of water backing up is minimal. The low profile of 57mm is still maintained so it can be installed even where floor height is at a premium. The duo is also protected by a hair strainer and allows for easy access for maintenance.

After measure the length of the shower drain proceed to the procedure of cutting the linear drain and the grating. Assemble all the necessary components included in the Intensi 316 package.

1. Cut the shower drain channel to the length L by a symmetrical distance from both ends of the channel using the included cutter, stainless steel saw blades, and cutting lubricant (which needs to be applied several times).

2. Trim the drain grate symmetrically from both its ends by the same length as the drain channel was trimmed; this should result in the grate length 28 mm shorter than the trimmed channel.

3. Deburr (grind) the cut edges with the included grinding block.

4. Install the caps on both ends of the channel. Then follow the installation instructions.

The linear drain base is integrated into the Bridge Bean siphon (or siphons in the DUO version). The waste trap provides a water seal that prevents any bad smells from getting back into your shower. The siphon is made of 100% polypropylene and has a high flow rate: for the UNO version it will be 32 l/min, for the DUO version with a double siphon - 54 l/min.
