Wetrooms Design Ltd. Customer Terms and Conditions
In this agreement the terms have the following meanings:
"Customer" means the user or buyer purchasing a product from Wetrooms Design Ltd.
"Supplier" means any supplier who Wetrooms Design Ltd. markets the products of.
Wetrooms Design Ltd. is a registered company in England and Wales under Companies House number of 9351345, VAT number GB 226 4967 82, based in United Kingdom, Unit 12C, Lidget Lane Industrial Estate, Albion Drive, Thurnscoe, Rotherham, S63 0BA.
"Agreement" means the contract between Wetrooms Design Ltd. and the Customer to which these conditions will apply.
"Product" is the item that Wetrooms Design Ltd. will market on behalf of the Supplier.
This Agreement shall apply to all Products purchased by a Customer via the Wetrooms Design Ltd. web site. By agreeing to these Terms your statutory rights are not affected.
Wetrooms Design Ltd. do not handle or store your credit / debit card details.
Following payment methods are currently available in our shop:
Online debit and credit cards,
Over the phone debit and credit cards,
Traditional bank wire,
Cash on collection.
All your data is encrypted in our database and connection is secured by GeoTrust SSL. Once your order is complete and you successfully submit payment you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your order. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs.
Dispatch: We aim to ship all our orders on the day of order if the order is placed and paid for by 1pm on a working day (Monday - Friday). All orders are shipped on a next working day service. Delivery will normally take place between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Saturday.
On all orders placed after 1pm we will endeavor to ship the same day but this cannot be guaranteed, and may ship next working day.
Non-standard items: Some of our products in specific variations may be missing in our shop and they can be produced withing 24hrs. We normally ship them within 48hrs of order and payment being made. Customer will be always informed if delivery is delayed by some reason.
Please check products at time of receipt and advise of damage immediately on 0207 193 0953 ideally whilst the delivery person(s) are still on site. All damage and incorrectly shipped items must be notified within 24hrs of receipt. In all instances please keep all packaging for inspection and take photographs to document the damage.
§6. Special Order Items Delivery.
When a special order is placed Wetrooms Design Ltd. will send a confirmation order to the Supplier. The item will be delivered direct from the Supplier to the Customer. The Supplier will add their contact details to the delivery note. This is the point of contact if there is any problem with the order.
When the Product has been dispatched the Supplier will notify Wetrooms Design Ltd.
Delivery timescales vary depending on each product and can be checked prior to order with Wetrooms Design. Most special order products are made to order and will therefore be made on placement of an order by the customer.
§7. Shipping Charges.
We offer free delivery for all our products within our shop if paid in advance. This is a recompensation for three - five days delivery which some customers may find long. We charge 20 GBP if you wish to pay on collection because of additional bank wire fee taken by courier services.
§8. Cancelation of an Order.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your order number. If the order is for a stocked item (i.e. NOT special order) and the order has not already shipped from Wetrooms Design or our suppliers a full and immediate refund will be made. If the item has shipped then the customer will need to arrange for its safe and complete return before a refund can be made. Please see the returns policy below.
Right to cancel.
You have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 30 days after delivery, such 30 day period beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Where your order comprises multiple delivery shipments, the 30 day cancellation period for the goods in your order begins on the day after you receive the delivery of the last shipment to you.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by phone, mail, fax or e-mail using the contact details set out above. You may wish to use the model cancellation form to cancel your order, but you are not obliged to. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
You must send the goods back to us to Wetrooms Design Ltd., Lidget Lane Industrial Estate, Albion Drive, Thurnscoe, Rotherham, S63 0BA UNIT 12C at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) without undue delay and in any event within 30 days after the day of the cancellation.
The cost of collection is estimated at a maximum of approximately £15. You must make the goods available for collection. We will contact you to make further arrangements.
Following cancellation, we will refund you the price paid for the cancelled order (or part of the order cancelled), less any collection or return charges (if any). We will also refund any standard delivery charges paid, or an amount equal to those charges if you elect to use a more expensive delivery method. We will pay the refund within 14 days after the day:
You notified us to cancel your order, where you have not received the goods (and the goods have not been dispatched to you) or where we have agreed to collect the goods; or,
We receive the goods you returned to us, where you are in receipt of the goods; or
You provide us with a proof of return for the goods, where you have returned the goods but we have not yet received them.
We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used to pay for your order. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund for loss in value of the goods returned where the goods show signs of unreasonable use; for these purposes, unreasonable use means handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in particular if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. We may withhold any refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied proof of return for the goods.Without limiting your cancellation rights in Clause 7, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us. Once we have confirmed the product defect or other problem, we will:
Provide a full refund for any product that is not what you ordered;
Provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time following the sale; or
Provide a partial refund if the returned item was damaged, incomplete or not viable for resell. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Minimum refund amount is 25% total order value.
At your option, repair or replace the goods at our cost (including the cost of postage), unless this would not be possible or would be disproportionately costly in the circumstances, in which case we will refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for defective goods.

All Products distributed by Wetrooms Design or the Supplier will remain the Supplier's intellectual property. Any Design produced by a Supplier carries a copyright and cannot be reproduced without written consent.
The Customer will not hold Wetrooms Design Ltd. responsible for any infringement of copyright relating to copy contained within a Product.
It is the Supplier's responsibility to ensure that any Product Design is lawful, does not infringe any Copyright or any other laws.
§11. Alterations to Terms of Business
Wetrooms Design Ltd. reserves the right to alter these Terms of Business at any time and will replace the Terms of Business on our web site when we do so.
§12. Distance Selling Regulations
The following information is extracted from the www.dti.gov.uk web site. Wetrooms Design Ltd. complies with all Distance Selling Regulations.
Distance selling means selling and buying by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV. Such transactions are covered generally by normal buying and selling legislation, but they are also covered by special Distance Selling Regulations.
Distance Selling Regulations give protection to consumers who shop by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV:

The right to receive clear information about goods and services before deciding to buy;
Confirmation of this information in writing;
A cooling off period of fourteen days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract;

§13. Safe Internet Shopping Initiative
DTI's Safe Internet Shopping initiative aims to encourage consumers to shop online by explaining how to do so safely. DTI has worked with a range of public and private sector partners to provide improved access to information on the full range of consumer concerns (e.g. safe payment, data protection, illegal content, redress).
These conditions and all other express terms of contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
