Shower drain Wiper 1100 mm Premium Offset Tivano is new model in our offer. In response to customer demand we introduce our best selling Wiper Premium drain but with a 125 mm offset waste trap hole. Sometimes difficult pipe or joists situation won't let you install shower drain with a centered waste trap hole. Now you have even more flexibility with design and installation of your wet room.

As the regular Premium drain it is made of 304 stainless steel which offers good corrosion, chemicals and atmospheric exposure resistance. It is surrounded by 30 mm wide flange and sealing membrane which are mandatory for proper waterproofing especially in timber floors, although drain is also suitable for concrete flooring. This is perfect gully for tiled floors, as the lip height is 15 mm. 

Drain channel is 84 mm wide, while it comes with included Tivano cover, with pattern of regurarly placed L-shaped rectangles with a square inside from beginning to end of the grate, it is 64 mm wide, grate is 1094 mm long and total drain length with insulation flange is 1160 mm. Sealing membrane is a blue non-woven fabric which bonds well with the glue and is resistant to cracking.

65 mm high McAlpine siphon trap with pipe is also included to drain. It features capacity of 26 l /min and water seal 20 mm high. Trap can be opened from above, even after the installation is completed, after lifting up the grate to allow easy cleaning. Standard 1.5'' pipe is in the same pack, allowing instant connection to your waste system.

Drain Length

Drain is available in 8 standard lengths. Although they have same technical performance, length of the drain should be matched room requirements. For an instance 700 mm Drain length is recommended for 1000 mm wide shower.

There are 6 drain cover patterns available. The flow rate is the same for all of them. They are interchangeable and can be swapped even after installation. Each drain sent out is equipped with a lifting hook which makes cleaning easy.

Waterproofing kit

Waterproofing kit is used to seal shower tray as well as connections between walls and floor. It is recommended for concrete and mandatory for timber flooring. Best option if joists are getting into the way with standard drain. Surrounded by steel flange on all four sides, 30 mm wide, important for insulation. Overall height required for installation with default trap is 98 mm.

Brushed stainless steel drain grating with perforated rectangles and squares is included. To clean the drain, you can lift it up. It is equipped with lifting hook which makes it easier. All covers available share technical properties, but are the only visible part of the drain visible after installation is over so it should be chosen by appearance.

As a standard to every order we include a compression fitting McAlpine waste trap with 26 l/min throughput, 20 mm water seal and 1.5 inch pipe diameter. Requires only 65 mm of space underneath the drain. Fully rotatable and adjustable.

If our default waste trap does not fulfil your requirements, we have various other waste traps available which are compatible with our products. We can supply them at the same cost and speed as the default trap. Drop 50 is an interesting choice, with a 48 l/min flow rate and 50 mm deep water seal, making it compliant with building regulations, whilst being only 10 mm higher than a standard trap. Product is supplied as complete set. Sealing membrane, detachable adjustable feet and appropriate fitting instructions come together with the goods to make sure it's installed correctly. Lifting hook for drain grating and other fitting parts also in the package.

In addition to our 30 days unconditional return right, there is 10 years guarantee on the product given by the manufacturer. Guarantee is extended to 25 years if the product is purchased together with waterproofing kit.

The tanking kit is a ready-mixed, under-tile tanking system to protect water sensitive substrates from exposure to water. Suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms, showers in residential buildings, hotels, old people's homes and hospitals. Should not be used in places exposed to pressurised water, for an instance swimming pools. Ready to use, no mixing required and easy to apply with a roller. The kit includes a high performance joint reinforcing tape to protect against movement in floor joins and corners etc. The contents are all INSIDE the bucket and the contents are protected in the bucket with polystyrene infill's to stop transit damage.The instructions are printed on the rear of the tanking kit.

When applied to a substrate and cured, it forms a flexible waterproofing coating. The product is intended for use inside places intended for human residence, especially in humid areas (such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries), to perform insulation against moisture under linings and coverings, such as ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, terracotta, wooden floors and panels, and synthetic carpets.

The product is intended for priming absorbent and porous surfaces, inside and outside buildings. It is especially recommended for cement - limestone plaster, gas concrete, plaster-carton boards and cement plaster. The primer has a high penetration ability, is deeply absorbed into the substrate, thus strengthening it, while allowing for „breathing”. These benefits improve the structure of the substrates, which, due to the passage of time, have lost their appropriate parameters. The priming solution improves adhesion to the surface of other materials that will be used on the primed substrate. By reducing the absorbency of the substrate, the wear of the applied coating materials, emulsion paints, glues, mineral putties reduces as well. The solution, due to the content of the biocide and fungicide, protects the primed substrate against the formation of mold and bacteria in the product.

Its installation is recommended in all areas that require sealing.
