The Resinbase Wiper 800 x 800 MCR PVD Ponente Black presents a pioneering wet room tray tailored for microcement applications, featuring an integrated, specialised linear drain. This innovation not only boasts a robust and sturdy construction but also allows for unmatched height adjustability from 3 mm to 12 mm to seamlessly align with microcement thickness, essentially providing limitless customization. The tray is also compatible with resin and other similar floor surface finishes. It's uniquely compatible with underfloor heating systems, enhancing its versatility.
Constructed from XPS foam, the tray ensures excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, coupled with absolute waterproofing. The integration of the drain with the tray, further sealed and reinforced with a non-woven waterproof fabric and a resin layer, guarantees durability and a solid base. The design facilitates a consistent slope towards the drain from all angles, creating an efficient 1%-2% gradient for optimal water flow.
The highlight of this system is its advanced 500 mm PVD Ponente Black linear drain, equipped with a novel secondary drainage channel. This feature is crucial for capturing any water that might seep beneath the surface, ensuring complete drainage. The drainage is made of stainless steel, finished in black with advanced process of physical vapour coating, which is a high quality finish resistant to wear and tear. The drain is also available in brushed, polished or matt surface finishes to maximise match with other shower appliances.

Quality made in the EU - 316 grade stainless steel
The most important feature of the linear drain is: excellent quality of the stainless steel, high abrasion and corrosion resistance, high thermal stability and chemical inertness. Linear drain Elite is available in 3 different finishes. The drain body, cover and end caps are all finished in the same way so that the end result is a uniform look across the entire visible portion of the drain.

Thickness
The 20 mm, is our thinnest and most popular tray available. The slope is very subtle to the naked eye, but just as effective as our thicker trays at carrying water to the drain. This tray is idea for projects that have limited build up space, such as loft conversions or ground floor renovation.
The 28 mm, is a tray that has a more visible gradient slope and can suit projects that have more allowance for build up height. A very popular all round suitable tray.
The 35 mm, is the thickest 4way tray available in our store. This tray has a very visible gradient slope and is perfect for projects that have no build up restriction.

Complete Underfloor Heating Kit
It is possible to include a complete Underfloor Heating Kit to your order. All you need to do is to choose the required size. Additional package, with heating mat, appropriate thermostat, sensor and instructions will be dispatched together with the other goods.
To calculate required mat size you need to get square coverage of the floor and exclude any permanent / fixed fixtures from them. It is also recommended to buy slightly smaller mat than calculated size - you can shape it but cannot cut the cables, therefore too large mat could not be installed.
SUNFLOOR Underfloor HeatingThe SUNFLOOR Electric Heating Mat is a unique type of floor heating mat. The system has been designed to be used on an existing tiled floor or an existing finished floor, so that floor heating can still be installed there. The mat is approximately 4 mm thick and can be included in a layer of adhesive without any demolishing or grinding. The mat fits virtually underneath the surface. This decreases the heating time of the floor, that also makes this system suitable for rooms that are not permanently occupied including bathrooms, studies, playrooms, etc.
Heating matUnderfloor heating mat set consists of all necessary parts for installation. One Thermostat is needed for every 23 m² of heating mat. It is included as optional, to allow ordering mat for custom areas, for example if you need 13 m² of mat total, you should buy 10 m² with one of the thermostats set as include and 3 m² with thermostat not included. In case you require less mat coverage than possible to buy from our product pictures, for example 14.5 m² you should always round low with your purchase and buy 14 m² as the mat is impossible to cut. It can be shaped but not shortened to size.

The tanking kit is a ready-mixed, under-tile tanking system to protect water sensitive substrates from exposure to water. Suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms, showers in residential buildings, hotels, old people's homes and hospitals. Should not be used in places exposed to pressurised water, for an instance swimming pools. Ready to use, no mixing required and easy to apply with a roller. The kit includes a high performance joint reinforcing tape to protect against movement in floor joins and corners etc. The contents are all INSIDE the bucket and the contents are protected in the bucket with polystyrene infill's to stop transit damage.The instructions are printed on the rear of the tanking kit.
For anti-moisture insulation systems in wet rooms and rooms intended for human residence. The tanking liquid is a ready-to-use singlecomponent, solvent-free sealant composed of polymer dispersion, fillers and modifying additives. When applied to the surface, upon binding it creates a flexible and water-insulating layer.

Tanking liquid
The tanking liquid is a ready to use, single component, solvent-free sealant mass, consisting of polymer dispersion, fillers and additives. When applied to a substrate and cured, it forms a flexible waterproofing coating. The product is intended for use inside places intended for human residence, especially in humid areas (such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries), to perform insulation against moisture under linings and coverings, such as ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, terracotta, wooden floors and panels, and synthetic carpets.
The product is intended for priming absorbent and porous surfaces, inside and outside buildings. It is especially recommended for cement - limestone plaster, gas concrete, plaster-carton boards and cement plaster. The primer has a high penetration ability, is deeply absorbed into the substrate, thus strengthening it, while allowing for „breathing”. These benefits improve the structure of the substrates, which, due to the passage of time, have lost their appropriate parameters. The priming solution improves adhesion to the surface of other materials that will be used on the primed substrate. By reducing the absorbency of the substrate, the wear of the applied coating materials, emulsion paints, glues, mineral putties reduces as well. The solution, due to the content of the biocide and fungicide, protects the primed substrate against the formation of mold and bacteria in the product.
McAlpine HC26-50
A McAlpine brand PVC siphon. With 20 mm water seal and a 40 mm connection. It only needs 68 mm height below the product and can be rotated 360°. Significant height reduction in relation to standard waste traps reduces the installation depth. Rotatable elbow connector makes installation simple in any conditions. Comfortable use thanks to Easy Clean System. Each set contains special key, which helps with installation.

High flow Shower Waste Trap Efficient shower trap made of durable Hostalen PP. Innovative solution adapted to the most rigorous standards of use. It has a high level of water seal (35 mm) with a very small overall height (63 mm). Dedicated mainly to linear shower drains for wet-rooms. Small dimensions makes installation in both concrete and wooden floors a lot easier. High flow rate (48 l/min) guarantees trouble-free use even when heavily loaded with water (eg. with a rainhead shower). The set includes a dedicated spanner that simplifies the installation of a waste trap to the drain, and a strainer made of stainless steel.

Slim Shower Waste Trap High-quality low-profile siphon made of durable polypropylene plastic. The special slim shape of the waste allows maximum reduction of installation depth. Black bathroom fixtures need a little extra care when it comes to maintenance. To keep its stunning look, you will need to simply wipe down your fixtures after use. A small price to pay for an amazing finish.
Gold
Gold will always speak volumes. A bathroom finished with gold fixtures is breath taking and prestigious in its own right. Gold is a very vibrant colour and will allow all your fixtures stand out in any wet room giving it a luxurious feeling.
Silver

All of our drains are made from high quality grade 304 stainless steel. The colour of each drain is due to the PVD coating process. PVD coating of metals has proven to be better than powder coating. It will be more durable and resistant to fading, scratch marks and overall wear and tear. Unlike the powder coating process, PVD coating, also has the added benefit of the metal finish being visible. Ultimately, your drain will look amazing and last for a lifetime.

The Wiper MCR is available in three different surface finishes. Polished, Brushed and Matt. This is great if you are looking for a specific finish to match the rest of your fixtures. The three finishes are available for all available colour options, However the Brushed finish is the standard option that comes at no extra charge. The visible parts of the drain (the cover and frame) will come in the desired finish.
Polished is a glossy finish. It has a smooth and shiny look that catches the eye. Characterized by a high degree of development, it's free from imperfections. There are numerous functional considerations, in addition to the visual appearance of polished stainless steel. Properly polished stainless steel looks good and helps to reduce the risk of bacteria being retained by the material when it is utilized in sanitary applications.
Brushed finish is a semi gloss finish. The key difference between brushed and polished stainless steel is that brushed stainless steel has a rough surface, whereas polished stainless steel has a smooth surface. Brushed stainless steel is a type of metal having a dull polish that is made through friction. It is the the most practical of the three as it is the most scratch resistant.
Matt is a dull finish. This is a very common stainless steel finish that is non-reflective and smooth in nature. The stainless steel is rolled through a special roller for a smooth, less pitted surface, before being descaled in an acid solution and polished for greater smoothness. It is commonly used for chemical and pharmaceutical equipment.

- Floor boards removal to expose the joists and avoid increasing total floor height.

- Prepare even surface with marine plywood board.
- Fit the wet room kit using fixing adhesive.
