The 800mm Vinyl Drain a medium sized gully in our collection. It’s affordability and size makes it ideal for rooms with moderate space and gives your bathroom that modern clean minimalist look. It’s stainless steel brushed frame, industrial strength and durability together with your choice of vinyl makes it suitable for your own shower room or even hospitals, gyms and hotel enviroments where there would be limited space and more wear and tear of a shower area.

Our improved Vinyl Drain Series. We took our Invisible Drain Range and looked at how to improve the seamless bond between a drain and a vinyl floor finish. This Series is set a part from our other drains because it has a clamp feature that locks the vinyl in place and creates a sealed bridge which prevents your vinyl finish lifting. This drain is compatible with a wide range of vinyl of various thickness.

Drain Length

Drain is available in 8 standard lengths. Although they have same technical performance, length of the drain should be matched room requirements. For an instance 700 mm Drain length is recommended for 1000 mm wide shower.

There are 3 drain cover patterns available. The flow rate is the same for all of them. They are interchangeable and can be swapped even after installation. Each drain sent out is equipped with a lifting hook which makes cleaning easy.

Waterproofing kit

Waterproofing kit is used to seal shower tray as well as connections between walls and floor. It is recommended for concrete and mandatory for timber flooring. Stainless steel channel 30 mm in height 78 mm wide. Comes with a special frame that clamps down the vinyl creating a seal while holding the vinyl in place, preventing it from lifting. It is also contoured in such a way to reduce premature ware on the vinyl.

Brushed stainless steel drain grating, perforated with 3 rows of squares pattern. To clean the drain, you can lift it up. It is equipped with lifting hook which makes it easier. All covers available share technical properties, but are the only visible part of the drain visible after installation is over so it should be chosen by appearance.

As a standard to every order we include a compression fitting McAlpine waste trap with 26 l/min throughput, 20 mm water seal and 1.5 inch pipe diameter. Requires only 65 mm of space underneath the drain. Fully rotatable and adjustable.

If our default waste trap does not fulfil your requirements, we have various other waste traps available which are compatible with our products. We can supply them at the same cost and speed as the default trap. Drop 50 is an interesting choice, with a 48 l/min flow rate and 50 mm deep water seal, making it compliant with building regulations, whilst being only 10 mm higher than a standard trap. To alter your choice of waste trap send us an email or leave a note during your order. Please see the document below for more details.

Product is supplied as a complete set. Sealing membrane, detachable adjustable stabilizing legs, lifting hook for drain grating and all necessary hardware come with the drain. Fitting instructions are also included to make installation quick and easy.

In addition to our 30 days unconditional return right, there is 10 years guarantee on the product given by the manufacturer. Guarantee is extended to 25 years if the product is purchased together with waterproofing kit.

Contains 4kg of PCI Lastogum tanking paint, 1l of primer, 10m sealing tape, 2 corners and 2 pipe collars per every 3.5 m² purchased. Should be used to seal the joints between the floor and walls and to waterproof the drainage. Can be used for your entire bathroom insulation. Not required if you have your own waterproofing materials, otherwise very useful and recommended.

The tanking kit is a ready-mixed, under-tile tanking system to protect water sensitive substrates from exposure to water. Suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms, showers in residential buildings, hotels, old people's homes and hospitals. Should not be used in places exposed to pressurised water, for an instance swimming pools. Ready to use, no mixing required and easy to apply with a roller. The kit includes a high performance joint reinforcing tape to protect against movement in floor joins and corners etc. The contents are all INSIDE the bucket and the contents are protected in the bucket with polystyrene infill's to stop transit damage.The instructions are printed on the rear of the tanking kit.

The tanking liquid is a ready to use, single component, solvent-free sealant mass, consisting of polymer dispersion, fillers and additives. When applied to a substrate and cured, it forms a flexible waterproofing coating. The product is intended for use inside places intended for human residence, especially in humid areas (such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundries), to perform insulation against moisture under linings and coverings, such as ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, terracotta, wooden floors and panels, and synthetic carpets.

The product is intended for priming absorbent and porous surfaces, inside and outside buildings. It is especially recommended for cement - limestone plaster, gas concrete, plaster-carton boards and cement plaster. The primer has a high penetration ability, is deeply absorbed into the substrate, thus strengthening it, while allowing for „breathing”. These benefits improve the structure of the substrates, which, due to the passage of time, have lost their appropriate parameters. The priming solution improves adhesion to the surface of other materials that will be used on the primed substrate. By reducing the absorbency of the substrate, the wear of the applied coating materials, emulsion paints, glues, mineral putties reduces as well. The solution, due to the content of the biocide and fungicide, protects the primed substrate against the formation of mold and bacteria in the product.
