Looking through designers and manufacturers offers, one can presume that the leading colours for the coming year will be pastel pink and deep matte black. Black has been present to varying degrees for a few years now. We have been increasingly choosing black appliances and accessories. But now it's time for total black. Large-format black tiles, plus a black sink and lavatory. Only broken with natural wood or shiny copper taps. This is how designers see modern bathrooms now.
Much bolder and definitely not for everyone is pastel pink as a main colour in the bathroom. The presence of architectural concrete in modern bathrooms is constantly growing. No wonder because it fits in perfectly with the currently popular minimalist design trend. Gray neat, raw concrete suits most colours and decor types. It fits perfectly with the asceticism of the walk-in shower glass and brushed or polished steel drains and taps. However, nothing prevents you from breaking the grey dullness by the warmth of natural wood.

They have been present in public spaces for a couple of years now, mainly due to hygiene, but now they are also slowly implemented in home solutions. In this case, their main advantage is, of course, ease of use, but also economy and safety.

One of the most interesting combinations gaining popularity and proposed for the coming years is to break the cool, grey modernity with warmth in the form of natural wood or its imitation. The deep gloomy black tiles or raw grey concrete mentioned earlier can be brighten by the wood imitating tiles or the natural wooden counter top for your washbasin.
But at the end, it's best to choose what we actually like first and foremost. You should also remember to match the decor of your bathroom with the rest of the interiors.
