Payment Terms – Now Available for Businesses

In response to multiple requests from our business customers, we’re pleased to introduce extended payment terms. This new option is designed to help firms manage their cash flow more effectively while still getting the wet room products they need exactly when they need them.

Individual Assessment

Each application for payment terms is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We look into:

• Credit history of the company
• Financial standing and ongoing projects

Once approved, you can place large orders—for example, 30 wet room trays—without immediate prepayment.

Immediate Order Fulfillment

One of the key benefits of our extended payment terms is that we ship your order right away. You get the products necessary for your investment or renovation project first, and payment is due by an agreed-upon deadline.

Late Payment Protocol

Should any delays in payment occur, we follow a structured process:

1. Friendly Reminder: A brief notice informing you of the overdue amount
2. Further Actions: If the invoice remains unpaid, we proceed with additional measures in line with our credit policy

Our aim is to resolve any issues amicably, but we have procedures in place to ensure transparency and accountability.

Upcoming System Integration

We’re currently working on integrating a credit-check feature within our online checkout and My Account sections. This update will streamline the approval process for payment terms, making it faster and more convenient for companies to order without prepayment.
